The Hero Ranch Kitchen was created by two friends with a very simple idea. Serve their favorite dishes, whether it's the finest wagyu steak or a burger, use the best ingredients, and pour the best wines in the industry at prices that are always fair and approachable.
It was founded on bringing the best of live-fire, woodfire-grilled cooking to California's abundant seasonal produce. Every dish celebrates the flavors we grew up with, reimagined with the freshest seasonal produce from local farms.

Saratoga Village
Home on Big Basin Way
Since 2018 we have cooked on Big Basin Way in the heart of historic Saratoga Village, in a small, country-glam room of reclaimed wood, tufted leather and chandeliers, with a heated patio out front for cooler evenings.
The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Jose Mendoza. Down the street you will find our sister restaurants, Flowers Saratoga and Dos Burros, and one gift card works at all three.
